Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Cajun Outdoors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@cajunlights.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. Cajun Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or rerouted packages.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup. Valid identification may be required at pickup.
